What are the benefits of these sessions?

The purpose of these sessions is to support unblocking and softening toward your own true being – allowing what is already ready to shift, integrate, or settle.

As the system recalibrates, many people experience a greater sense of balance across mind, body, energy, and inner awareness.

The depth and pace of this experience varies, depending on your own awareness, readiness, receptivity, and reflection.

Over time, patterns such as physical tension, emotional heaviness, fear, insecurity, anger, doubt, shame, or guilt may begin to soften or dissolve.

What can I expect during a session?

Each session is a unique energetic co-creation, attuned specifically to you and your moment in time.


The work is subtle yet impactful, meeting your system with precision and care.

Rather than forcing change, the session supports softening, clearing what’s ready, and allowing your energy to move in natural harmony.

What you’re ready to experience, release, or receive will unfold in its own way – nothing more and nothing less than what is appropriate for you now.

This work moves beyond the analytical mind.
Experiences vary – sometimes the shift is noticeable, sometimes it’s quiet and gradual.

For some, it may show up as warmth, gentle sensations, spaciousness, relaxation, or a sense of calm and clarity.
For others, it may bring insight, emotional release, renewed creativity, or a deeper sense of connection and awareness.

At times, experiences can feel subtle; at other times, more vivid or symbolic.

Whether it arrives as stillness or insight, the work meets you where you are – often in ways that can’t be predicted by mind, but can be felt and integrated over time.

You’re invited to come as you are – present, curious, and open.

How should I prepare for my session?

The preparation suggestions are not strict rules but your own contribution and devotion to your true self.

More detailed preparation tips will be sent via email once your session is booked, but shortly to support a meaningful experience, here are a few ways you can prepare:

  • Till our session preferably – eat as clean as you can, skip stimulants, spend time outside as much as you can, move and rest, and journal your intention.

  • On a session day – set up in a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. Make sure your internet connection is stable, you have headphones, and place your device so I can see you clearly.

  • Arrive feeling open and ready for the journey inwards. 

And as to aftercare:

  • It’s advised setting aside at least 3-4h after a session to allow the work to gently integrate. Ideally, keep your schedule light for the rest of the day.

  • The body keeps processing and aligning for 48h after. Avoid any negative energy for 24h, as it prevents the work to come into effect fully.

  • Continue hydrating also after the session as it supports the body in the process.

Can I book just one session (Reconnected) and what might I anticipate afterward?

Yes. One session can offer nourishment, relaxation, and meaningful insight.
Each experience is unique, but it’s common for shift to begin after a single session – often in subtle, appropriate ways.

The session continues working within you. You may notice sensations, emotional movement, greater clarity, creative impulses, or changes in dreaming or perception. Integration is part of the process, and you’re welcome to reach out if something arises.

At the same time, deeper transformation often unfolds in layers. That’s why I also offer a multi-session journey – such as Aligned, where one session is gifted – designed to support spacious integration, continuity, and sustained change, while staying in contact along the way.

You’re invited to feel into what best serves your situation and choose accordingly.

What can you help me deal with if I choose the Empowered session (energy + coaching)?

Empowered is for those who feel drawn to energy work and value reflection through dialogue.

Some shifts need space to be spoken, questioned, or made conscious.
This session weaves intuitive coaching with energetic tuning – supporting both inner movement and clear integration.

It’s especially supportive if talking things through helps you anchor what you’re sensing and translate insight into grounded next steps.

The guidance I offer is informed by direct lived experience, not theory.
These are areas I’ve personally navigated and can now hold with clarity and steadiness as others move through similar terrain:

  • Overwhelm of inner drive – feeling tired yet wired, numb, or unable to slow down

  • Fear around insecurity, the unknown, or change – even when longing for liberation

  • Loss and grief – including guilt, emptiness, and difficulty allowing sadness

  • Complex relationship with food – cycles of restriction, excess, detoxing, or control

  • Nervous-system dysregulation – hormonal imbalance, low vitality, chronic stress

  • Patterns of self-doubt and unworthiness – fear of expression, rejection, or abandonment

  • Drama-pattern dynamics – moving between victim, aggressor, or saviour roles

  • Boundary challenges – over-giving, walling off, codependency, anxious or avoidant attachment

  • High sensitivity and empathy – absorbing others’ moods, losing clarity of personal truth

  • A sense of not quite fitting in – feeling close yet distant, loneliness despite connection

  • Life feeling heavy or stagnant – lacking energy to step out of repetitive loops

This session is not about fixing or analysing you.
It’s about meeting what’s present, integrating it consciously, and restoring your capacity to move forward from self-trust rather than force.

What qualifies you to support and guide others?

My guidance comes from lived experience, intuition, continuous inner work, deep listening, and ongoing study – not from a medical license or a single textbook.

What I offer is not a prescription – it’s an invitation to tune into your own truth.
I believe your wisdom is already within you. My role is to hold space energetically, offer what comes through my channel, and walk beside you as you align in your own grounded flight.

I don’t claim to have all the answers, nor do I position myself as a flawless authority. I’m here not because I’ve mastered life, but because I’m deeply committed to living it with presence, honesty, and intention. I walk this path every day – not as a guru, but as a fellow traveller.

Over the years, I’ve participated in retreats, courses, programs, sessions, and power-place immersions across Latvia, Bali, Mexico, Portugal, Cyprus, Ikaria, and England. Along the way, I’ve learned from many teachers – gaining both insight and hands-on experience – while developing discernment in modalities such as breathwork, energy healing, meditation, shadow work, shamanism, somatic release, and visceral therapy.

I’ve peeled back many layers and sat with many questions – and I continue to do so. This journey doesn’t end. That’s why I understand the value of not becoming obsessed with outcomes, but staying present with the process and sharing the path as it unfolds.

Is this safe if I’ve had trauma?

If you have a history of trauma, I strongly encourage you to consult with a licensed medical, therapeutic, or mental health professional to determine what kind of support is most appropriate for you.

My work can be supportive for some people alongside other forms of care, but it is not a replacement for therapy, trauma treatment, or psychiatric support.

If you feel called to work together, it’s important that you inform me in advance about relevant experiences, so we can assess whether this work feels appropriate and supportive for you at this time.

The process that moves through me is deep, yet gentle.

You are never pushed. You are never forced.

You are never wrong. Your system leads the pace.


I respond only to what you are open and resourced to receive.

My role is to hold space and attune to your readiness – not to override your boundaries or bypass your lived experience.

If at any point for your mind this work does not feel supportive, we pause or stop. Your safety, agency, and self-trust come first.

What is your rescheduling and refund policy?

All purchases made on this site are non-refundable.

That said, I understand that life happens. In the case of a serious or unexpected circumstance, you’re welcome to email withlove@annijavitola.com and briefly share your situation. Each request is considered thoughtfully and individually, with care and fairness.

Please note that reaching out does not guarantee a refund. Any resolution offered is at my discretion and will be guided by what feels aligned and appropriate for all involved.

If you need to reschedule your session, you may do so at least 48 hours in advance by using the Reschedule link in your Session Confirmation email. Rescheduling is subject to calendar availability.

I appreciate timely communication, as this helps keep the space respectful and allows availability for others who may be waiting.
