Demystifying
the magic
If you feel a pull – even a subtle one – this may be for you. You don't need to be spiritual, fully ready, or able to explain why. Only willing to meet yourself honestly.
Every session is different – because you are different each time you arrive.
The work is subtle yet precise.
Some people experience warmth, spaciousness, or deep rest.
Others notice emotional movement, insight, or a quiet shift in perception.
Sometimes nothing feels dramatic in the moment – and something has moved anyway.
You're invited to come as you are. No performance. No expectations. Just willingness to meet yourself honestly.
The purpose of these sessions is to support unblocking and softening toward your own true being – allowing what is already ready to move, release, or land.
As the system recalibrates, many people experience a greater sense of balance across mind, emotions, body, energy, and inner awareness.
The depth and pace varies. It depends on your own awareness, readiness, receptivity, and reflection.
Over time people commonly notice:
Increased vitality and quiet joy – greater emotional steadiness – mental clarity and less identification with old patterns – deeper nervous system regulation – more compassion toward self and others – clearer sense of direction and purpose – heightened intuition and inner awareness – a felt sense of coherence and belonging.
The guidance I offer comes from direct lived experience – not theory. These are areas I've personally navigated and can now hold with clarity as others move through them:
Overwhelm of inner drive (tired yet wired, numb, unable to slow down) – fear around the unknown or change, even when longing for liberation – loss, grief, guilt, and difficulty allowing sadness – complex relationship with food – nervous system dysregulation, hormonal imbalance, chronic stress – patterns of self-doubt and unworthiness (fear of expression, rejection, or abandonment) – drama-pattern dynamics (looping among victim, aggressor, and/or saviour roles) – boundary challenges, over-giving, codependency, anxious or avoidant attachment – high sensitivity, empathy and absorbing others' energy, losing clarity of personal truth – a sense of not quite fitting in, loneliness despite connection – life feeling heavy or stuck in repetitive loops and lacking energy to step out of it.
This isn't about fixing or analysing you. This work supports remembering what is already present beneath noise and tension. It’s about meeting and integrating it consciously, and restoring your capacity to move forward from your own truth and self-trust.
The preparation suggestions are not strict rules but your own contribution and devotion to your true self.
More detailed preparation tips will be sent via email once your session is booked, but shortly to support a meaningful experience, here are a few ways you can prepare:
Before – eat as cleanly as you can, skip stimulants, spend time outside, move, rest, and journal your intention.
On the day – find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed. Stable internet, headphones, device positioned so I can see you. Arrive open.
After – give yourself at least 3–4 hours to integrate. Keep the day light. The body continues processing for up to 48 hours – stay hydrated, avoid draining environments, and be gentle with yourself.
Yes. One session can offer real release, nourishment, and/or meaningful shift.
Each experience is unique – but it's common for something to begin moving after a single session, and the work continues within you for up to a month after.
At the same time, deeper transformation tends to unfold in layers. Change takes tending. And for conscious humans doing this work honestly – the next layer usually surfaces naturally, and they want to meet it when it does.
You're invited to feel into what best serves your situation and pace.
My guidance comes from lived experience, intuition, continuous inner work, deep listening, and ongoing study – not from a medical license or a single textbook.
What I offer is not a prescription – it’s an invitation to tune into your own truth.
Your wisdom is already within you. My role is to hold space energetically, offer presence and what comes through my channel, and walk beside you as you unravel your own Grounded Flight.
I don’t claim to have all the answers, nor do I position myself as a flawless authority. I’m here not because I’ve mastered life – but because I’m deeply committed to living it with presence, honesty, and intention. Not as a guru, – as a fellow traveller.
Over the years I’ve participated in retreats, courses, programs, sessions, and power-place immersions across Latvia, Bali, Mexico, Portugal, Cyprus, Greece, and the UK – learning from many teachers – gaining both insight and hands-on experience – while developing discernment in modalities such as breathwork, energy healing, meditation, shadow work, shamanism, somatic release, and visceral therapy.
I’ve peeled back many layers and sat with many questions – and I continue to do so. This journey doesn’t end. That’s why I understand the value of not becoming obsessed with outcomes, but staying present with the process and sharing the path as it unfolds.

This work can be supportive alongside other forms of care – but it is not a replacement for therapy or psychiatric support.
If you feel called to work together, it’s important that you inform me in advance about relevant experiences, so we can assess whether this work feels appropriate for you at this time.
You are never pushed. Never forced. Your system leads the pace – I respond only to what you're open and resourced to receive. My role is to hold space and attune to your readiness – not to override your boundaries or bypass your lived experience.
If at any point this doesn't feel supportive – we pause or stop. Your safety and agency come first.
