All purchases made on the Site are non-refundable, but a session can be rescheduled if you communicate such wish and reason via email withlove@annijavitola.com at least 48h prior a session to give the opportunity to book a session to others interested. All cases will be individually considered by Annija herself.

In case Annija needs to rescheduled a session, she will communicate that with you personally via email.

If you do not receive the digital product or download option upon applying or purchasing (as applicable), you can immediately contact withlove@annijavitola.com with your transaction details to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.

All transactions for purchase are made through payment gateway Stripe that uses SSL encryption. This payment gateway is safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

The owner of the Site reserves the right to amend any information, including but no limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.
